Based on 8 hours of coverage with 2 photographers and 2 videographers
This is just a general guide — we’ll tailor everything to your unique day, locations, and what matters most to you.
1:00 PM – Getting Ready Photos Begin
We’ll arrive as hair and makeup are wrapping up. Most of your glam should be done so we can focus on the fun stuff — final touches, robe or PJ shots with your wedding party, champagne pops, and those real, unscripted moments.
→ With 2 photographers or a photo + video team, both sides can be covered at once.
1:45 PM – Getting Dressed + Intentional Portraits
Time to get dressed! After that, we’ll capture individuals with bridesmaids/groomsmen and heartfelt shots with immediate family members on each side.
2:30 PM – Travel to First Look Location
3:00 PM – First Look + Couple Portraits
This moment is all yours — it helps ease nerves and gives you intentional time together.
→ Want to see each other for the first time at the ceremony instead? Totally okay — we’ll work the timeline around your vision.
3:45 PM – Wedding Party Portraits
Fun and easygoing group photos with your full crew. We’ll keep it moving and natural so nothing feels stiff.
4:15 PM – Tuck Away + Final Touches
Time to relax, touch up, and breathe before the ceremony begins.
5:00 PM – Ceremony
Let’s get you two married!
→ We highly recommend an unplugged ceremony so everyone is truly present — no phones or uncle with an iPad in the aisle. Your officiant or DJ can announce this beforehand.
→ Two photographers = multiple angles, more reactions, and a full, beautiful story — all without distraction.
5:30 PM – Family Photos
Usually inside the church or a nearby shaded area. We’ll guide everything to keep it efficient and smooth.
6:00 PM – Golden Hour Portraits
Just the two of you, soaking in that just-married feeling with dreamy light.
→ Golden hour = about 1 hour before sunset. Pro tip: Google your wedding date’s sunset time to time this right.
6:15 PM – Private Moment for You Two
A short breather before rejoining the celebration — time to be fully present with each other, even just for 10 minutes.
6:30 PM – Grand Entrance + Quick Dance Set
We recommend kicking off the reception with a short dance set. It energizes the room, gets everyone moving, and gives us fun, candid dance photos while guests are still fresh.
6:50 PM – Cake Cutting
Quick, low-pressure, and out of the way — so you can move on to dinner and dancing.
7:00 PM – Dinner + Mingling
Enjoy your meal, toast with friends, soak it all in.
→ With 2 photographers, one can stay with you while the other captures guests and reception details.
8:15 PM – First Dances Begin
After dinner has been served and enjoyed, we move into first dances — and then keep that dance floor going.
8:45 PM – Big Group Photo on the Dance Floor
Your DJ will announce this — everyone stands up on the floor for one epic group photo. High energy, easy to pull off, and worth it.
9:00 PM – Coverage Ends
We wrap with some final dance moments or a creative night portrait. You’ll have all the big memories, plus all the beautiful in-between ones.
Final Tips:
– Two photographers = more angles, more flexibility, more magic
– Ceremony unplugged = better views and more presence
– Don’t stress over cramming in every tradition — your day, your rules
– Build in buffer time: traffic, delays, and emotions are real
– Think about what feels good, not what’s trending
